292 – Gina Alderman – Veteran Unchained

Gina served active duty and retired from the US Navy after 28 years of service as a Hospital Administrator with a wartime specialty in Medical Plans and Operations.

Finding her purpose was challenging after retirement, but Gina found a group of women Veterans and found a new course with Veterans Unchained. It is an anthology written by 18 different women Veterans that discusses their stories of loss, trauma, healing, and being unchained.
