234 – Sydney Hansen – Artist and Veterans Advocate

When I think country music with a southern vibe, I don’t think Duluth, Minnesota. However, that is where Sydney Hansen hails from and even at a young age is hard at work building her career.

Her latest single, “Fallin”, has a real soulful feel that that I found authentic when music seems to be manufactured. Sydney, goes to school, is on the dance and is working on her career. I enjoyed getting to talk with her.

Sydney’s support for Veterans comes from the heart. Her brother served in the military and seeing him serves fueled her desire to give back to Active Duty Service Members and Veterans. It was refreshing to listen to her perspective on military service.
