Military Creator Con 2025

U.S. Air Force Veteran James Van Prooyen started Military Creator Con as a way for Veterans in the podcast, creator space and business can come together for an to talk about what we do. Why is this needed you ask? No podcast platform has a category for Military or Veterans, but our community is rapidly growing every day. Military Creator Con is a way to have us seen. Now he and his wife Marah Lago, are bringing back MCC from a hiatus since COVID-19 and it was exciting to be part of the event.

I was asked to come and participate in on the “Bringing Military Veterans and Civilian Communities Together” Panel. This panel was moderated by military wife and talk show host Patti Krater (https://pattikatter.com/). My fellow panelists were Sha Sparks, military daughter and Veterans’ Advocate (https://www.theshasparksshow.com/), and Retired U.S. Navy Officer, and podcaster Travis Johnson (https://linktr.ee/travisdjohnson).

All the panels were great. Sitting in the audience, I loved the fact that there are other Veterans working hard to perfect their craft and add value to their communities and other Veterans.

James Van Prooyen and Marah Lago are already planning for Military Creator Con 2026. I enjoyed getting to meet people who I had met over Zoom and new faces that are all working hard to grow. Thank you all for coming to MCC 2025 and supporting Veteran, Military Creators and Business Owners.
