344 – Rugged Warrior Healing Coalition Retreat – Part Three – Stephanie Grant
Anthologies, Gina Alderman asked Stephanie to lead a jewelry-making session. Making jewelry has helped Stephanie heal from past trauma.
Stephanie served in the Army Reserves. She separated due to MST (Military Sexual Trauma) and after separation found that working with her hands creating beauty helped her deal with the past. As well as making jewelry, Stephanie is currently studying to become an ordained minister. She hopes to use her ministry as an outreach to other women who have survived sexual trauma.
