262 – MOVE

Note: I tried something completely different and while it worked, I should have checked my mixer. I did not have my volume set correctly. Posting this to show I am not perfect. However, the potential upside is efficiency in the process.

I got hurt on June 26, 2021. One of the ways I wanted to help recovery was to lose some weight and dial in my nutrition.
